In the beginner course we start from scratch. Here you will learn everything you need to be able to dive in the sea anywhere in the world. The student receives an internationally recognized diving certificate with no expiration date, which allows them to dive to a depth of 18 meters without the need to be accompanied by an instructor. This course consists of three phases: 1ST PHASE. Theoretical part: Theoretical explanation of the course. 2ND PHASE. Swimming pool: Exercises in the pool to learn how to use the material. THIRD PHASE. Sea: Practice in the sea of everything learned in theory and in the pool.
Discover the seabed around El Cavet. With the aim of giving visitors an insight into the magnificent underwater world off El Cavet beach in Cambrils, the Aguas Abiertas (Open Waters) department is organizing guided tours throughout the summer which are open to all. What do you need to take part? Just the bare essentials: namely a swimsuit, swimming goggles or a snorkel mask, and a snorkel tube.
An activity suitable for all ages and ideal to share with family or friends. Discover our seabed equipped only with a pair of goggles and a snorkel. Do it accompanied by specialist guides who will show you the hidden life underwater. Marvel at the great biodiversity of our waters without having to stray far from the coast or dive to great depths. Float, watch and enjoy.
Experience yoga on the placid waters of Cambrils. Next to Playa del Esquirol, you can experience this new style of yoga. To do this, you only need to know how to swim and some basic notions of paddle surfing to be able to stay on the board. Although it may seem a bit difficult at first, with patience and practice you will be able to enjoy a new way to do yoga and to float on the sea.
There are many ways to enjoy the sea and every summer, new options appear to practice active leisure while having fun. In Cambrils we offer you the possibility of combining the sea with exercise, pedaling on a water bike. It is ideal to go on your own, with your partner, family, friends or group. There is no minimum age to be accompanied by an adult.
