Traditional Fishing Festival of Cambrils

6:30 PM, at the beginning of the Levante Pier in the Port of Cambrils, opening of the area with tents and the sale of t-shirts for the Festa de l’Ormeig and l’Arjau.

Starting at 7:00 PM, at Regueral Beach, beginning of the 18th edition of the FESTA DE L’ORMEIG. Traditional fishing in Cambrils, with the recreation of old trades.

At 7:30 PM, at Regueral Beach, casting of the “rall” by Joan Rom Migranya.

At 8:00 PM, at Regueral Beach, casting of the “artet” directed by professionals from the Fishermen’s Guild of Cambrils with the collaboration of the Vent d’Estrop and Rem Cambrils clubs, as well as all those who wish to come to the beach to help pull the nets. Spreading of the net on the sand, followed by an old-fashioned fish auction, conducted by Francesc Benaiges Quebra.
