Days that welcome joy!

It seems unreal, but the arrival of July lifts us. The joy is seen in our visitors who take advantage of the beaches and waves that come into the 9 kilometers of beach of Cambrils. Just like that, is the month of July in Cambrils! Everyone enjoys a walk around the harbour and it is encouraged to take part in the activities that have been prepared.

And what better way to enjoy some family fun than with the sandcastles  On July 6, be part of the challenge of building a castle with your family, where you could win prizes, enjoy some quality time with the kids and, above all, the beach. You will not regret it!

From the guided tours that show the historical heritage of the town, to the events to enjoy the sun. We recommend you to take part in the Cambrifit convention , where the whole family can practice dancing and sport beside the coast. It takes place from July 5 to 7. An opportunity to activate the body and have fun with your loved ones!

If you are a bike lover, we recommend you to visit the local tournament Biketrial which is held in Cambrils   next July 27, is a good opportunity to enjoy the sun and bikes along the beachfront. We are waiting for you!

Non-stop culture

The port of Cambrils is the main focal point. This month, from July 13 to 20, the festivities of the Mare de Déu del Carmen ,are celebrated, an event that fills the streets of the maritime district with the traditional seafaring tradition of this patron saint and that is finalised with the departure of the Cambrian vessels. One of the most beautiful picture postcards of the cultural heritage and that you cannot miss!

If you want to have a change of scene and go out of the port at peak times, we recommend you take a tour with the touristic train. It is an excellent way to see our town and, at the same time, take in the fresh air whilst the little train is in action. In addition, you can get to know part of the history of Cambrils by taking part in dramatised guided visits or even visit the areas from the civil war that are currently being preserved, such as the renovated anti-raid shelter on Calle Creus.

And if you are walking through the Port of Cambrils, do not forget that every Saturday you have the art of Cambrils at your fingertips, from 19h through to 1h in the morning. Here you will find all kinds of works of art that have been created with the Cambrian talent!

In addition, music becomes the main focal point with the International Music Festival of Cambrils  This event is held from July 25 to August 11. A great opportunity to enjoy music in the outdoors and with an exceptional repertoire of artists recognised worldwide – this year we have visits from some well-known names such as Fangoria or Álvaro Soler.
